This retreat sits right on Michigan Route, M-22, which is a huge attraction and a scenic drive. You will find the public access to Betsie Lake right across the street, which leads to Lake Michigan and is perfect for kayaking. Just a couple of doors down is The Lighthouse Cafe, a popular breakfast spot that is definitely a must-visit! Furnace Street Distillery is a new walkable distillery located within a mile away from your apartment. The 22-mile Betsie Valley Bike Trail is just across the street as well - this trail goes to Frankfort and Frankfort Beach, so take advantage of the six bikes provided and get ready for a scenic ride! Tubing the Platte River is 18 miles away, and Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore is nearby. Crystal Mountain Ski Resort (summer and winter activities) is 15 miles away.
This second-floor retreat enjoys a big deck with a patio set and access to a black stone grill outside, which is shared with the other unit, in case you feel like hosting summertime cookouts for the family.
