The layout of our house can be descripted as follows:
-The first floor has a dining area with a large table, a cozy living room with a large screen TV, and a fully stocked
modern kitchen with gas range. There is also a mud room with a half bathroom.
-The second floor has two bedrooms, one with a king bed and one with a queen bed. This floor also has a bonus room with a large screen TV, comfortable sofa, and game table. The full bath has a walk-in glass shower.
-The third floor has two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and one with a twin bed and a twin trundle. The full bath has a tub/shower combination. Please note that the stairs to the third floor are steep, as this is an old house, so these bedrooms are not suitable for people with mobility issues.
-There are two full sized washer/dryer sets in the basement.
-The home has a cute covered porch with chairs to enjoy the evening sunset, and a small backyard with an eating area.

Ardmore is described as a town with "small-town charm with big-city attractions". Our home is located in the heart of Ardmore, so you feel the vibrancy of the town.
We are two blocks from Lancaster Avenue and the Ardmore train station. The shops and restaurants in Suburban Square are a five-minute walk. Explore downtown Philadelphia and all the historic sites without the hassle of driving into the city and parking. The train station is less than a five-minute walk and the R5 train has you downtown at 30th Street Station or Suburban Station in 25 minutes.

Parking Options:
Our street is 2 hour parking between 8am and 6pm Monday-Saturday. Violations for exceeding the time are $25/day and only one ticket per day would be issued if the car remained in the spot all day.
The parking garage at One Ardmore Place, off Cricket Ave allows four hour parking, paid by kiosk or app. This costs 50 cents per hour.
There is also a Municipal Lot on Ardmore Ave at Athens Ave which is free after 6pm until 8am. This lot is also free on Saturdays and Sundays.
For stays that are a week or longer, we may be able to obtain a parking permit for you or find alternative parking arrangements.
-Dogs are welcome for a fee of $250 per pet. Please inform us at the time of booking if you will be bringing a dog.
No dogs on the furniture, please.
-Use caution on the stairs as they are steep.
Short term 2 hour parking is available on the street. As a courtesy to our guests, we provide one reserved parking spot in a lot behind the house for longer term parking
