The house has just been renovated from top to bottom. A 10/15 minute walk from the North Ferry (you can take LIRR or the Jitney right to the ferry) and about another 10/15 minute walk the opposite direction down a dirt road to Sunset (Crescent) Beach. The kitchen is well equipped with double oven Viking range, Bosch and Fischer Pykel appliances, as well as all the equipment for cooking. Also has a large Weber grill on the deck. House boasts both a (massive) living room and family room and an equally massive dining room that seats 14. The house has five bedrooms, including a master bedroom with a king size bed, two bedrooms with queen size beds, another room with twin beds (I have straps that convert them to a king ) and a room with bunk beds that can be pulled apart. There are two large fire places and central AC. There are swings, a jungle gym and plenty of yard games (corn hole, bocce, croquet), ping pong and board games. You will also have access to a beach cabana and access to the Heights Beach Club. Beautiful horizon views, especially in winter, when you have a view of the creek and Dering Harbor. Short walk down to Shelter Island Heights restaurants and stores.
