Property features a heated gunite pool with large travertine patio and chaise lounges, private dock (5 min walk down the private road) facing sunset on a beautiful quiet inlet, huge chefs/entertainer's kitchen, front porch with dreamy daybeds, back deck with outdoor dining and lounge area, fire pit with sitting area, two large living rooms and five smartly decorated bedrooms. With this property you get it all!!!!
Laze around the heated saltwater pool in a spa like setting or stroll down the lane to your private dock to enjoy sunset views and the wildlife. Kayak along the beautiful inlet or adventure further to shell beach and beyond. Take a short bike ride (4 provided) to Wades Beach for a dip at the best beach on the island or to the ice cream shop 5 minutes away.
Make a delicious meal in the fully equipped chefs kitchen featuring a Wolf stove, granite counters, two sinks and two dishwashers. Relax in the stylish living room with great natural light or in the spacious upstairs living room where you can play games, read or stream movies on the new 65" OLED TV.
The front porch is a great place to enjoy a good book, nap on the daybed or watch a movie outside! Have a glass of wine poolside on the stunning grey travertine patio or on the front porch. Fire up the grill and have a meal outside on the back deck, by the pool or in the dining room, all feature comfortable seating for eight. House Setup: The master suite, located on the first floor, has a king bed, sitting area with tv and private bath with rain shower and soaking tub. The second floor features 2 wings separated by a very large living area with comfortable seating, 65" OLED TV, game/puzzle table, desk and library. One wing has two bedrooms both with queen beds and the other wing has a twin bedroom and a queen bedroom. There are two full baths on the second floor.
The chef's kitchen is equipped with cookware and tools, dishware and glassware, and basic pantry items. There are two sinks , two dishwashers and two refrigerators (one in the basement).
Use your laptop and our WIFI to catch up on e-mails or surf the internet while sipping coffee at the spacious kitchen island, covered front porch or back deck.
Activities: Walk two minutes down the lane to your private dock. Enjoy the wildlife, go for a kayak on the beautiful inlet or just sit and relax and work on your tan or watch sunset.
