Beautiful waterfront home ideal for rest, relaxation and perfect to share with your family. The home features access to a private beach and boasts 360 Degree bay views, from beautiful sunrises to gorgeous sunsets. New gunite heated salt water pool with sundeck, facing the bay. Sit on the sundeck, in the pool and watch the boats go by. On the westside of the property we feature 80 feet of bulkhead with room for a 2 large boats and jet skis. The home faces South which is ideal for a bright sunny retreat. Sun filled pool, expansive sun filled yard and bright home, from morning until evening. First thing in the morning, sit on the outdoor Arhaus couch, and have your coffee, while watching the fishing boats go by for their day on the ocean. There is a very private and expansive yard which is ideal for entertaining, playing games like volleyball and cornhole, and features a separate area; with adirondack chairs around a large solo fire pit. Inside you will find an open floor plan that is expansive and perfect for entertaining and spending time with family. The open space features a fully equipped kitchen, dining room and living area. The kitchen is FULLY equiped with high end appliances and features high end pots and pans. Additionally, a weber grill is on the patio for all of grilling needs. The expansive floor to ceiling windows and doors give the living space stunning Bay views from inside, as well as a bright and sun filled rooms all day. The doors lead out to the patio and pool area. The kitchen, dining room and living area feature sweeping BAY views as well with sun from morning until dusk. The dining room features an extra large table and plenty of chairs to host your large family. When it is time to retire in the evening we feature four bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. All of the furniture is expertly selected from high end designers, as well as decorating from an interior decorator. The Master bedroom features a RH King Bed and furniture, a TV and a private bathroom with sweeping bay views. The opposite wing features 3 bedrooms which all feature bay and canal views. The bedrooms also feature Queen beds and furnished from Ralph Lauren Home, Ethan Allen and Restoration Hardware. The bedrooms share 1 expansive bathroom facing the bay with equally beautiful and sunny views. This home is the perfect oasis and features a layout ideal to share with a family.
