Our condo is beautifully renovated and kept impeccably clean. The condo includes two bedrooms (both with queen beds) , one full bathroom, a fully updated kitchen with two seating areas, and a living room with a Smart TV, cable television, and WiFi. After your visit to the beach, you can hang out on our private deck and enjoy the ocean and pond views, or cool off in the central air conditioning.
Please Note:
-Only available to be rented from Saturday to Saturday between Memorial Day and Labor Day.
-This condo has a maximum capacity of 4 people. No parties or events.
-One parking space is included with the rental. Additional parking spaces may be purchased for an extra fee.
-This rental is situated above a retail store and is directly across the street from the ocean.
-Guests will be provided with walk-on passes to the private Misquamicut Fire District Beach.
-Guests bring their own linens, towels, and paper products. These items can be provided for an additional fee.
