"Rumbling Pointe at Lake Lure" is a brand new gated six (6) bedroom, seven (7) bathroom (plus outdoor shower) home built in the tradition of the classic 1940's lake house homes of yesterday. With 5000+- sq.ft. of air-conditioned living space and 5000+- sq.ft. of covered porch space, the home's 10,000+- square feet of living space provides significant indoor and covered outdoor space to spread out and enjoy the lake made famous by the movie "Dirty Dancing". The on-porch 50 inch Roku TV allows guests to watch sports while enjoying the outdoors under the covered 12 foot wide porch. The middle on-porch bed swing provides countless hours of reading and relaxation opportunities. With three (3) covered porch's to choose from guests have ample opportunities to enjoy the views of Rumbling Bald and Lake Lure. Prior to arrival you will receive a guest preference questionnaire which will help us further refine your stay's possibilities at Rumbling Pointe at Lake Lure. Rumbling Pointe at Lake Lure has four King Bed (4) en-suite bedrooms, two (2) bunkrooms and an elevator (extra charge) connecting all floors. Rumbling Pointe has a natural sandy beach for easy lake access and a dock and boat house.
This property has an active monitored fire, theft and water security system and eight active security cameras on premise. Two cameras are pointed to the driveway facing the gate and road and a second pointed down the driveway towards the house. One camera faces down the rear stairs towards the boathouse.
