Positive: The grounds were great. The water park was fabulous

Negative: The place seems disorganized. Check in was chaotic. No one tells you where you need to go when you get to the slope. The ski class started late and there was no one around to ask. The food choices are limited and the online menus are not the same ones you get in the restaurants

Summary: Great place but needs a little work on organization
