Casa Del Mar is a spacious oceanfront five-bedroom, five full-and-two half-bath home that offers sweeping views of the ocean. The home provides an ideal layout for families to enjoy spending time together, while also offering private space.

The first floor includes three bedrooms; two of which are oceanfront suites with king-sized beds and spacious walk-in private baths that feature European glass, custom-tiled showers which offer a spa-like experience of rain heads and sprays, as well as jetted tubs for your relaxation. Both suites have their own flat-screen 32-inch flat-screen TVs, with direct access to a covered porch, situated just steps from the beach. The third bedroom is perfect for children/teens, as two sets of twin/full bunk beds offer their own sanctuary. This room has its own full bathroom with a combination tub/shower and half-bath just outside in the hallway.

Down the hall is the laundry room with a washer & dryer, utility sink, drying racks, and a second full-sized refrigerator.

Also located on this level is a large living area with a kitchenette with a mini-refrigerator, microwave, sink, coffee pot, blender, and toaster oven for your convenience. The 50-inch flat-screen HDTV in this area offers a gathering place replete with a queen-sized sofa bed. This space opens to an expansive sundeck and covered patio that overlooks the ocean.

The second floor can be accessed via elevator or stairway. It features a large kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel Viking appliances, microwave, Keurig and Cuisinart coffee makers, as well as an abundance of cherry wood cabinets. There is also a wet bar with a 28-bottle wine cooler, a formal dining area, as well as a large family room with a 65-inch HDTV.

There are two bedrooms on the second floor. The primary, oceanfront suite has a very large bathroom with a walk-in shower which features a spa-like experience, with a shower rain head, sprays, and a jetted tub. The primary suite also has a 65-inch flat-screen TV. All bathrooms in this home have granite countertops to add to the elegant feel. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed with a private bath, a 26-inch flat-screen TV, and two nightstands; each with its own USB ports.

Enjoy the lower level with room for 5 cars along with an under-air ping pong room; ideal for avid players. There are two tank-less water heaters located here so everyone is able to take a hot shower at any time. Walk outside and relax on the 1220 sq feet of porches and decks. Take advantage of amazing sunrise views while watching the dolphins play ocean-side or enjoy sunset views off the dining area balcony overlooking the marsh.

Fripp Island Guest Cards are available with this home but are not included. Fripp Island Resort club cards allow guests to use the tennis facilities, golf courses, pools, rent watercrafts, and use the restaurants on the island. Each guest over the age of 12 must purchase and have in their possession an amenity card to use the resort facilities.
