Travel Purpose: business

Positive: Location view was wonderful. Ease of getting to beach was very good. Lots of parking room. Nice big table for eating together. Basically, a luxury price for a budget house with a luxury view.

Negative: Maintenance of outside property was abysmal, outside chairs had screws missing, ran out of toilet paper by 3rd day, yard was uncared for (completely overgrown and unpleasant), one roll of paper towels for kitchen, bathroom rugs needed washing when we arrived, blind missing on window (had to hang a blanket up).

Summary: Luxury price, luxury view, budget house/yard.
