The Space:
The house: This is a multi family dwelling home. The apartment is the second floor unit located directly above the first floor & beneath the third floor dwelling.
Outside: You will enter the first exterior door and proceed upon flight of stairs to the second floor apartment entrance. Parking is dedicated in the driveway for one vehicle.
The Apartment: walk into the main entrance of the apartment and you are welcomed with tons of natural light and a quaint living space.
Bed 1: A comfortable full-size, memory foam mattress, located down the hall.
Bed 2: Is a comfortable memory foam, full-size mattresses on our bunk style beds. This room is located in the front of the house. You are sure to get a good nights sleep
Living Room: Relax on our mid-century modern velvet sectional, the open concept is great for keeping an eye on breakfast while streaming all your favorite movies on the 55in Smart TV.
The kitchen: A quaint but functional, full kitchen, perfect for serving up a home cooked meal or take-out from the one of the amazing restaurants nearby. The kitchen is fully stocked with the essentials including a cooktop, refrigerator, tea kettle and Keurig coffee machine.
The bathroom: Completely tiled shower backsplash, with white towels, essential toiletries and hair dryer are always made available.
Guest Access:
Parking can be tricky, we recommend utilizing public transit or ride-sharing throughout the duration of your stay. Keep in mind street sweeping rules marked by the signs on the street. We do allow for 1 parking space in rear of the building, please do not block other tenants
You can be in NYC in just under 30 minutes! There are a few NJ Transit stations nearby that take you right to NY PENN Station. Or you can take the PATH train from NWK PENN through JC into NYC as far as 33rd or WTC.

⭒There is free parking available on the street and one spot available in the rear of the building. Be mindful of street sweeping rules so you do not get a ticket.
⭒We love our block, neighborhood, and city! Keep in mind, however, that we live in a large city in New Jersey —there can be noise such as cars, sirens, dogs, etc, but overall our neighborhood is calm, and we have some of the nicest neighbors I have ever met!
