Our home is within walking distance to Germantown Ave. The house has 3 nicely sized bedrooms, a bathroom with full bath, washer/dryer and a large kitchen, an elegant dining room and a living room with a TV.
Big back yard with a brand new patio and 1 parking spot in our driveway(the other parking spot is for the apartment in the back of the home)

Small family gatherings are allowed but there are guest number regulations and set quiet hours.

Summary: This house is only 2 or 3 blocks from the Chestnut Hill East regional rail station, which has stops at the 3 downtown Philly/Market St stations. It's also a 10 minute walk from all the shops and restaurants on Germantown Ave in Chestnut Hill, along with the Chestnut Hill West train station. We really liked the location. In response to another review about the outdated kitchen and bathroom, they were clean and functional. I was happy to have a more affordable accommodation as opposed to paying a higher nightly price for something recently remodeled. This rental is on the top two levels of a split-level home, which means the kitchen/dining/living are on the same level together, and the bedrooms and bathroom are up a half-flight of stairs (6 steps). There are also steps at the front door. Renters should be aware of this if anyone in the group has mobility problems. We would stay here again!
