Summary: The room was in some serious renovation, the carpet was dirty with stains. The tables were not cleaned and the bathroom floor and tub had hair. I had to clean all this before even settling in. The shower rod had a leak and it was shooting water onto the ceiling making the ceiling bubble with water. For two days I had to ask the young man to replace the breakfast items. He was just chilling on his phone all the time. When asked if he could replace the breakfast items he seemed annoyed that I disturbed him. Even to fill the hot water container was a bother to him. I have stayed in several comfort suite and it has NEVER been this so out of place. The only reason I picked this hotel location was because it was close to my the distance where I was going too. I would never recommend this location to my friend and family even though the rates were reasonable.
