Summary: Room felt neglected and needs an update. I saw black mold painted over on the bathroom walls. There was a smell upon entering the room, I smelled the pillows and they smelled of dirty sweaty heads. I asked for replacements and they weren't much better. The train keeps you awake until 12-2am. This causes you to sleep in the next morning, which resulted in no room service during my 3 night stay because we had the do not disturb sign up until we got up and ready for the day around 12:00 -12:30 noon time. At that time, I removed the do not disturb and was told I didn't get my room cleaned because cleaning people finish at 12:00. Price fit my budget, beds were comfortable once you were able to get any sleep from all the noise from the trains across the street and people in general walking by the room being loud. There was such a huge gap around the bottom half of the doorway that all the cold comes right in and we had a spider and other rolly Polly come through there also. Thank goodness the heater worked good. There is my review. I probably wont stay here again. Its worth paying more for a quiet, clean and comfortable stay.

Summary: It was an older building but the rooms were roomy and clean. The property was kept up nicely. The staff was wonderful!
