Welcome to fabulous Fair Oaks, CA! Our home has been newly renovated and has 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms are located downstairs. Upstairs features a large, vaulted ceiling game room complete with a pool table and tons of space for fun! Our kitchen has seating for 10, making cooking with your family and friends a breeze. We know why you are here, so step outside and into the refreshing pool. Spend the day relaxing!!

Fair Oaks is a beautiful, established community located a couple of miles north of the American River and 20 miles east of downtown Sacramento. Our home is located on a residential street surrounded by mature trees. Please note that our home backs up to a busy two-lane street. Our high end dual-pane windows keep the noise out inside, but it can be noisy outside, so turn up the music when playing in the pool!
Madison Marketplace is a short 5 minute drive and has the following businesses:

Surveillance-We have a Ring security camera above the driveway and a Ring doorbell camera outside of the front door. Both devices record audio and video 24/7.Decibel monitor- The device doesn't record or transmit conversations or sounds but measures the the overall decibel in the house. Please take note of our cancelation policy, it is recommended to purchase travel insurance.
