We are doing extra sanitizing in between each guest on all high traffic surfaces to help our guest feel comfortable staying here. Many of our guests are choosing to keep their reservations and are looking forward to a more secluded vacation. They plan to do more outdoor activities and explore our beautiful scenery and back roads. Also, with the ability to cook meals at our cottage, this provides an alternative to visiting restaurants. Cozy cottage, 2 BR 2 BA , newly remodeled in town near grocery store, bank, medical clinic, restaurants, river, and parks. GREAT location 1/2 mile to Current river and public boat ramp, near canoe and tube rentals too. (Sister property to River Time cottage next door at 605) can rent BOTH for larger groups. House has 2 BRs, 2 Bath, has a full size bed and a twin bed to accommodate 3 people, other BR has a queen size bed. I bath with full tub and shower combo, other bath is small with a walk in shower, all newly remodeled. Kitchen has all the appliances and dishes you need to cook meals while there. All new stainless steel appliances, fridge has ice and water dispenser, dish washer and gas cook stove. Living room has couch and 3 chairs, 42" tv, with Amazon fire stick and Netflix, No cable. Has enclosed back porch with full size washer and dryer for your convenience. NICE front porch with swing to sit and enjoy the breeze. BIG yard plenty of space to park boat and for the kids to play. Nice deck with table and chairs to sit and enjoy a cold beverage and watch the fire flies. We have a firepit to roast marshmallows or hotdogs, at the end of an adventure filled day spent at the river or hiking. We do NOT allow smoking INSIDE the home but you are welcome to smoke on the covered porch outside. We allow some pets but NO aggressive breed of dogs due to insurance. PLEASE contact me BEFORE booking if you have a pet, we do charge a pet fee.
