Wind down and relax overlooking the 180 degree views of the stunning Rappahannock River. This brand new spacious home has everything you need for one of the most relaxing vacations you can imagine! Enjoy the open concept living, dining and kitchen with dual dishwashers. 5 beautifully decorated bedrooms each with private bathrooms. And can we talk about porches galore?! The primary room has a private covered porch extending the entire length of the house. Primary bathroom has an open view window from the shower looking out to the water as well and with your private porch, you will have plenty of privacy. Enjoy your morning coffee on the back porch while watching for dolphins in the morning and also enjoy some of the most breathtaking sunsets you can imagine over the river in the evenings. The sunset colors are breathtaking and often light up the entire sky in oranges and reds. We do have an EV Charger in the garage if needed.
We have green lights at the end of the dock for some great night time dock fishing! If you want to catch some of the big fish, ride on out into the Chesapeake Bay for a high chance at catching striper, drum, cobia and more. Take a bit of a longer ride out into the ocean for even larger fish. Take a walk or ride to the public beach at the end of Windmill Point Road and enjoy the seasonal tiki bar with occasional live music at the marina. The marina also has a public boat ramp, fuel and boat parking if needed. If boating and/or fishing isn't your thing, enjoy relaxing on the porches taking in the open water serenity. Kick your feet up and relax in the on site hammocks or swinging egg chairs. We have two kayaks on site that you are welcome to use. When the tide is low, we have a section of beach right at the base of the dock. The marina close by has a private beach you are welcome to. It is only a short 5 minute walk...if that. Also take a stroll through some of the peaceful neighboring neighborhoods and enjoy all the scenery has to offer. Enjoy the quaint town of Kilmarnock. They have some of the cutest shops and restaurants to enjoy! To kick it up a notch, be sure to take a visit to Compass Entertainment Complex in Irvington! It features the area’s only multi-screen luxury boutique movie theatre (I'm talking reclining leather seats!), plus nine exciting attractions including an arcade, indoor adventure course, climbing walls, go-karts, miniature golf, and our Meridian full-service restaurant and bar!
We are located 20 minutes from Walmart & Food Lion in Kilmarnock Va. Enjoy all that the quaint town of White Stone has to offer, an easy 10 min drive!
