Located just 25 minutes past Winter Park on Highway 40, Granby Ranch is one of Colorado's best kept secrets. We chose this location due to the significant number of activities available year round and the relaxing atmosphere created by the absence of large crowds found at larger resorts. Whether it's skiing, tubing, biking, golfing, fishing, or simply relaxing, you can find it all here in Granby Ranch.

Guests will have access to everything that our home has to offer! Upgraded finishes, cozy furnishings, towels and linens. Parking for one vehicle is available in the heated garage below the complex. A storage locker for ski or and golf equipment is available for your use in the locker room on the first level. The kitchen, all living & sleeping areas and balcony are available for your full use.
There is a community fire pit and seating area outside the condo building that is available for use. There are also community grills by the fire pit.
The community Ranch Hall, located next to the condo complex, is available for guest use and features a heated pool and hot tub that are available year-round. You will need to purchase a daily guest pass at the pool for $20 per person/per day (price subject to change). Children 8 and under are free. For a pass to be issued you must provide proof that you are staying in this home. The welcome email or the confirmation email, showing the address, should suffice. Granby Ranch requires a paid day pass and signed waiver for guest use of the community Ranch Hall and community trails. See their website for details.
This condo is designed as a mountain basecamp just for you - families and small groups who split their days between laps on the hill, bike park runs, and exploring nearby towns and trails.
