Located just steps away from the Clubhouse and sugar white sandy beaches in Barrier Dunes, Dolphin House is a 2 BR/2BA townhome and is comfortably decorated with everything you'll need for the perfect family getaway!
The living/dining area has two leather sofas, 42' flat screen tv, seating for six, and coffee table.
The full size deck leading from the living area overlooks the small pond. Enjoy the fish and turtles while your grilling the day's catch! Also, you have an excellent view of the Clubhouse in Barrier Dunes. There is a outside table and chairs, lounge and gas grill.
The kitchen is well stocked and has everything you'll need to enjoy your stay! There is a full bath on the first level with vanity and tub/shower combination.
The bedroom on the first level has a 30' flat screen, chest of drawers and queen bed. There is a small balcony that overlooks Sabal Circle, great for the afternoon sun or just reading a good book!
The master bedroom has a king bed, full dresser, desk, nightstands with lamps, bench and 40' flat screen TV.
There is a walk-in closet with hangers and shoe racks. Just outside the closet is a double vanity with cabinets and additional shelves next to the vanity. The master bath has a separate shower, toilet and garden tub.
The laundry room is located on this level. There is a full size washer and dryer for our guests convenience.
The deck off the master bedroom has a gulf and pond view. Its perfect for enjoying the sunsets!
Barrier Dunes is a gated community located on the north end of Cape San Blas. There are paved roads, streetlights, lighted tennis courts, playground and two swimming pools. There is a gulf front pool and a smaller pool located next to the tennis courts. There are boardwalks that lead throughout the complex. Barrier Dunes has three beach accesses. Barrier Dunes is also less than 5 minutes to the State Park, with over 2000 acres, 3 miles of paved roadway and a boat landing. Just 500 feet from the entrance of Barrier Dunes is a bike path that covers the entire length of the Cape road.
