Property features a large game room with ping pong, 4 person air hockey, smart tv, and board game lounge, as well as a beautiful gas fireplace in the family room, our home is a great year round destination for family reunions and gatherings of friends.
The oversized living room has sliders to the pool and hot tub, and features a large screen smart TV and gas fireplace, with lots of comfortable seating!
All of our bedrooms are well appointed with comfortable beds, bedding, and lots of closet space. The king bedroom features sliders directly to the pool and hot tub, and has an on-suite bath with double vanity, spa and handheld shower.
The newly remodeled kitchen with large quartz center island is great for families who want to cook or hang out together. We have a well stocked kitchen with complimentary coffee setup, as well as a new outdoor Weber Grill and BBQ utensils.
For those who need to work or school from our property, we have high speed internet, with router extenders and connectivity throughout. Our den doubles as a great office, with a convenient desk area, complete with new comfortable cushioned chair, desk lamp and all you will need. This room has its own entrance and patio with outdoor seating to relax when you need a well deserved break.
We offer a high capacity washer-dryer, detergent and softener, iron and ironing board as well as complimentary body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. All new baby gear: Graco pack n' play, hi-chair and baby jogger stroller.
Our home is centrally located to South Fork highlights as well as the wineries of the North Fork. Less than a 5 minute walk are restaurants, organic fruit stand, the local deli, Dunkin Donuts, wine store and beverage mart. An easy walk to our newly redesigned Main Street takes you to additional eateries, boutiques, parks and Farmer's Market. Take Rogers Avenue straight down for just under 2 miles to the Dune Road mansions and famous Rogers Beach that leads to Cupsogue Beach, which is very popular with visitors. An easy 15 minute drive gets you to Splish Splash Water Park, the Riverhead Aquarium, Quogue Wildlife Refuge and Tanger Outlets and several outstanding wineries. We are very close to several wedding and event venues and we specialize in renting to families of the bride and groom for a top notch, stress-free experience so that they can relax and just enjoy the special day!
