Watch the sunrise over the ocean or watch the sunset over the bay from the 2 large decks. Pool table and bar located in lower level, WiFi internet access, flat screen tv's with cable, central air conditioning and luxury chaise chairs. Linens NOT included. Due to a recent incident, DAY VISITORS will now be LIMITED TO 10. Any gatherings over 24 people require an additional security dep. and event fee.
