The space
The charming guest house is its own building, sitting just off to the right hand side of the main house. It has its own screened porch, well supplied kitchenette with dishwasher, sink, microwave, toaster, stovetop, and refrigerator, and one downstairs bedroom and full bath on the first level, and two bedrooms and full bath upstairs. Each bedroom offers a queen and single bed, WiFi, tv, and air conditioning, or fans as you prefer. The second floor bedrooms and screened porch overlook apple trees, fields, the Atlantic Ocean and the occasional deer and turkey.
