2. There is a whole property water filter. Pure clean delicious drinking water from every tap, sink shower and water hose.
3. There are numerous garden beds and fruit trees including tangerine, orange and passion fruit.
4. There is a quiet peaceful atmosphere with central courtyard complete with a fountains and numerous flowers.
5. There is an outdoor pest control service that uses non-toxic essential oil products.
