We provide filtered water, high-speed WiFi, and a well-maintained A/C system to keep you comfortable. The villa has several A/C units, which we upkeep by changing the filters once a month and flushing out the system twice a month as part of our routine maintenance. Please understand that this is a rental and with the constant in and out, our A/C units work much harder than normal. We ask that you be mindful of closing all doors after coming in and out of the home. We will always ensure that the A/C is working before your arrival, but if an issue were to arise as a result of doors being left open, we will send someone over as soon as possible. To avoid such instances, please be mindful of the advice laid out.

Miami’s beautiful tropical climate brings warm weather year-round, along with a diverse range of wildlife. We treat the property regularly to ensure it’s pest-free, but we ask guests to dispose of trash regularly to help us keep it that way.
