The Space:
Perfect Eat-in kitchen, fully equipped with electric stove, large oven, coffee maker, keurig, toaster oven, electric kettle, instapot, blender, and a microwave. Also has a dishwasher and washing machine and dyer.
Plenty of dining space, six guests can fit at the dining table in the dining room and another four at the kitchen table. There is a pellet stove beside the dining table to help you feel warm & cozy. Guest must provide their own pellets.
For easy planning here is the bed Layout:
-Primary Suite: queen size bed
-Bedrooms 2 & 3: each with queen sized bed
-Bedroom 4: narrow twin-size bed, dimensions are 30 x 74
-Loft: two twin-size beds
Bedrooms 2, 3 & 4 are on the main level of the house, perfect for those with limited mobility.
Two bathrooms available:
1st floor bathroom has a large standing shower
2nd floor bathroom off the primary suite has a jetted tub and separate standing shower
One stair leads to much of the house so may be a good fit for those with limited mobility. Once inside the house the kitchen, dining room, living room, sun room, 3 bedrooms and bathroom are on the main floor. One flight of stairs up is the loft and primary bedroom.
Other amenities worth noting:
-Mini split AC units in the kitchen, living room, plus the three bedrooms have queen beds.
-Outdoor: two patio areas with plenty of seating and a dining table.
-High-speed WiFi throughout the house.
