The house sits at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac in the West Mecox neighborhood, screened from the road by specimen trees and shrubs. The front yard is large enough to use as a playing field. The back is fully fenced and includes a heated pool, pool house with bathroom, outdoor shower, gazebo with dining space, pergola with a swing, and a koi pond.
