3 Bedroom Apartment in Kips Bay, Manhattan

My husband and I spent a lot of time renovating and furnishing our apartment. It is a 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom apartment that is a 5 minute walk from the Empire State Building. One queen bed in each bedroom, a sleeper futon in the living room and 2 identical full bathrooms. The master bedroom has a private bath, 2nd bath is in the hallway. The 600 square foot furnished private roof deck makes this apartment one of a kind (usable during daylight hours). Central location, 2 blocks to central subway line and very close to Macy's. The apartment is on the 3rd floor and it is a walk up. The apartment is always quiet and full of light. We own the building as well so it is not difficult to manage luggage for early check-ins or late check-outs. We hope you enjoy the apartment as much as we do during your stay in NYC.
