Be a part of the quiet friendly neighborhood while having immediate access to Pearl St. and the pedestrian mall with it's day and night social vibe. You will be within blocks of the best restaurants and shopping that Boulder has to offer. We are also close to the Boulder Creek path, the University of Colorado, the new Google campus and numerous bike paths and hiking trails while also having quick access to the mountains.
The main level has one bedroom with a Queen bed and bath, the second level has a queen bed with a ensuite luxury bath and ample walk in closet space. The upper loft can be used as an additional sleeping area with a convertible sofa/daybed or if desired, a studio for yoga, meditation or just sparking your creativity.
There is secure off street parking so you won't be dealing with limited parking space in the downtown area. In May, the famous Bolder Boulder runs right in front of our place creating a fun celebratory event.
