You will find tons of shops and restaurants and some music venues on lovely South Congress Avenue less than a mile away. From South Congress Avenue, downtown Austin is just another mile north. You can also easily get over to the Rainey Street District, East Austin, Zilker Park, and Bouldin - all within 3 miles. UT Austin is 3.2 miles north of the property. Austin has plenty of transportation options - Uber, Lyft, and Taxis. You also rent electric scooters and bikes, Check out Bird, Jump. and Lime Bike. Please do not leave scooters on the property or in the driveway. They must be left on the street curb.
