This beautiful, new home checks all of the boxes for an ultimate vacation destination. As you walk through the front door, your eyes will travel through the wall of glass, across the serene swimming pool and you will experience a beautiful wide open view of the lake and breathtaking views of the cliff wall across the calm cove. The open concept living, dining and kitchen is bright and welcoming and serves as a perfect spot for relaxing with your group.
The kitchen has all of the items needed to make your stay comfortable, including a large side by side refrigerator, propane stove, oven, microwave, Keurig, separate beverage fridge, ice maker and large island with seating for 4. In addition, a 6 person dining table is adjacent to the kitchen area.
Two large glass sliders lead from the living/kitchen to the huge outdoor patio with vaulted wood plank ceilings. You won’t miss your favorite sporting event, while outside grilling or lounging in the pool, as there is a large TV mounted on the wall of the patio near the large seating and lounge area. You can enjoy meals or play cards at the large, round outdoor table. Grilling will be a breeze on the propane grill in the outdoor bar area or show off your skills on the Kamado Joe Grill.
The dock is available for your use and boats are welcome to tie up on either side. The Owners boat and jet skis will stay on dock. If you still have energy after a day on the lake, shoot some hoops on the basketball court located adjacent to the patio and pool area. If you are looking for a relaxing vibe, you might want to lounge in the pool. In the evenings, head up to the built-in outdoor fireplace and roast some marshmallows.
