The apartment is flooded with light, totally quiet, looks out on to the back yard of the building, and on the ground floor - so there is no climbing flights of stairs with luggage. Its on a tree lined street, with a little coffee shop out front. Great restaurants, bars, subway stops, bus stops just outside. Walking distance to Union Square, Washington Square Park, NYU, Madison Park.

It's quiet and set up for work-at-home with desk, printer and wifi. Close to NYU. Fantastic local restaurants and bars have transported their service into adorable outdoor dining as well as indoor, throughout the neighborhood.
I would love to have someone stay there and treat it like their own home. It's a GEM of an apartment in the heart of it all - East Village!
I've rented my apartment through for many years and had great reviews and many repeat guests. Most of my long-term rentals were parents or traveling professors for NYU. Looking forward to trying this new platform!
