It is located on the 3rd floor (with elevator access) of the Preserve at Charlotte Harbor condo complex partially overlooking the harbor. It is located just off Highway 41 across the bridge from Punta Gorda, which has many activities to offer such as fishing, golfing, boat tours, hikes, and more. The complex offers easy access to a heated pool, hot tub, and fitness center. We have recently added brand new wood-like flooring throughout, all brand new stainless steel appliances, washer/dryer, 2 king beds, 1 queen bed, and both 50'' and 40'' Smart TVs. There is plenty to do in the area, with restaurants, bars, beaches, and shopping all nearby. A wonderfully located condo that offers a great way to explore the Florida Gulf!
