The space
Enjoy sitting on covered wrap around porch with views of ocean. Beach chairs, beach toys and volleyball net for front yard available for quest to use. Walking distance to golf course and walking trails. All but one room has working sink in the room. Most of house has original fixtures and antique charm.
Guest access
Guests have access to three floors. First floor has bathroom, two kitchens, two refrigerators, washer dryer, two dinning room tables, sitting area and large living room with three couches and chairs. The second floor has two bathrooms and four bedrooms. Three of four bedrooms have working sinks in rooms on second floor. There is second television in second floor bedroom. The Third floor has a bathroom with tub and three bedrooms. All bedrooms on third floor have sinks in the rooms. The basement and attic are not for guests due to storage areas.
Other things to note
The road, Ridge Avenue, that you turn on to get to the house is a one way street in the summer. It is the road to access the golf course. There is plenty of private parking on the lawn in front of the house. Please park near the house. The yard that boarders Ridge Avenue in front of the home is jointly owned and the houses behind the house often park near the rose bushes when they have guests.
