As soon as you pull up, you’ll know that you’ve arrived in paradise. The large screened front porch evokes a sense of relaxation with large, welcoming seating. The open concept living space includes a kitchen, breakfast bar, dining area and living space.
The updated kitchen features granite countertops, beautiful cabinetry and stainless steel appliances. It’s fully equipped with cooking utensils, a coffee maker, toaster, microwave and more. Dine at the large round table that seats six guests, or at the breakfast bar, which seats four. Outside, you’ll find a grill and barbecue where you can cook up the catch of the day and then feast at the patio table. Adjacent to the kitchen and dining area, you’ll find the living room filled with comfortable seating and a flat screen TV.
When it's time to retire, there are 3 bedrooms, all featuring large, comfortable beds. The master bedroom has a king bed, desk and en suite bathroom with a double vanity, walk-in shower and walk-in closet. The two guest bedrooms both have queen beds and share a bathroom with a tub/shower combo. There is also a laundry room with a washer, dryer and ironing board.
