Summary: Nickel and Dime…. There are over places in Destin. Friendly at first landlord turned hostile over “pet friendly” clause of contract. “Pet friendly” means 125 to bring harmless cat. Landlord angry that I dd not declare cat, which was an oversight as I have not booked with an animal before. As an attorney, “meeting of the minds” actually means something legally, and I did not agree to pay 125 extra upon booking.Days after trip, landlord sends multiple messages demanding 125 dollars, even though cat did no damage
