This adorable freestanding cottage started its life as a garage but now has all the comforts of home- spacious private bedroom, full kitchen, living room with smart tv, full bath with walk in shower, your own washer & dryer, a patio for enjoying the sun, 70' of driveway parking for your boat trailer (public access to lake is 5.6 miles away at the DEC Boat Launch) all on private property with an abundance of trees on a quiet road. 2 miles from Skaneateles lake and village, 20 minutes from the city of Syracuse, surrounded by the natural beauty of upstate NY in each season and convenient to a multitude of seasonal and year-round activities. We provide the coffee fixings for you to ease into your mornings and clean, comfy linens for you to drift off at night, while you enjoy Skaneateles and the surrounding area each day of your stay! Sleeps up to 2 adults and a child with the queen bedroom and additional folding cot.
