Adjacent kitchen outfitted w/granite, custom cabinetry, SS appliances, & full size pantry. Dining area features elegant chandelier, a table for 6 & there's seating for four at the breakfast bar. Screened porch serves as an outdoor living room. Master suite w/double french doors open to the mountain view deck. Ensuite bath has jetted tub, dual sinks, custom cabinetry w/extra storage, tile floors & a separate tile shower. Master bedroom & all of the main living areas has wide plank pine flooring. Off the rear hallway, there is a powder room and a laundry room w/sink. Up the staircase to the 2nd fl. you'll find 2 oversized bedrooms, a loft area overlooking the greatroom & a bath w/dual vanity & tub/shower. Porch surrounds 3 sides of the home. A stone fire overlooks the river. The grounds features many large flat areas perfect for playing games or hosting gatherings. 3 miles from downtown Hiawassee w/its entertainment and restaurants & 4 miles to closest public boat ramp, several US wildlife parks w/ miles of hiking and biking trails
