3 Bedroom Cottage in Montauk
Beautiful Scandinavian-style house perched on a cliff overlooking the water! This 3-bedroom house has a huge yard, a private beach, and the only beach deck in Fort Pond Bay. We've owned this home for the last 50 years, and many claim that we have one of the best views in Montauk.
Here are the rules:
Maximum of 6 guests. We don't allow any children except infants, since the house sits on the edge of a high cliff, which could be dangerous for any kids walking towards the edge. No pets! No parties or other events are allowed.
This beach house has 3 bedrooms: the master bedroom with a Queen bed, and 2 bedrooms with double beds. There's a comfortable living and dining area, 2 full bathrooms, and a TV room with a couch and an Apple TV. The kitchen has a dishwasher, coffee & tea makers, as well as all the pots and pans you'd need to make a nice meal. There's also a washer and dryer, and there's air conditioning in every room. The WiFi is fast and reliable.
There are two areas that are locked, and off-limits: the storage room in the basement of the house, and the garage. However, there's space in the driveway for 4 cars.
The house is situated close to the edge of a high cliff, with stairs down to the deck on the beach. The beach deck has a table to eat at, recliners, and a PADDLEBOARD! Do not attempt to climb the cliff.
We normally stay in this house ourselves, so please respect our belongings.
