The Space:
The security gate opens to a beautiful 1/4 mile private driveway to the residence. There is a 3 car garage designed for entertaining with multiple table-top games to enjoy and a full-size basketball goal and court area is available. The 2 car covered carport, and gorgeous circle drive in front of the main entrance provides an abundance. of parking.

As you approach the front door, walk through the garden and enter the residence to the main living area with a direct view of the resort style patio & pool area and vast private country views. The living area provides plenty of comfortable seating and access to the patio and pool.

There is a formal dining area off of the main living room that comfortably seats 8. This dining area opens into a well appointed chefs kitchen with a huge island, with seating for at least 4 people. Large walk in pantry, along with smaller pantry next to the kitchen. A breakfast nook is adjacent to the kitchen that comfortably seats 6-8.

The kitchen is equipped with everything from coffee makers, small appliances, place settings, coffee cups, cookware, utensils, cutlery, a variety of tea and coffee selections, and basic cooking staples. An amazing kitchen to enjoy cooking, or having meals prepared by potential private chefs!
A selection of refreshing drinks, and snacks are available upon your arrival, to ensure you enjoy your initial tour of the estate.

If you prefer privacy, the primary master suite can be completely closed off from the main living of the residence with beautiful floor-to-ceiling french wood doors. A hallway takes you to the incredible bedroom with king size bed and siting area with its own fireplace. The primary master bathroom suite is breathtaking; with a huge jacuzzi bathtub, separate walk-in shower that includes a private steam room. Dual sink areas, and a vanity area with seating and plenty of lighting. The enormous closet is well lite with plenty of room for more clothing and storage you could possibly need, regardless of your length of stay. Access to the outdoor shower, and private patio area is available from the master suite bathroom area as well.

The Guest Suite is situated off of the game and television room.
Beautifully appointed furnishings and seating area, with a king size bed. The incredible master bathroom has plenty of lighting, dual sinks, an inviting and large soaking tub, separate shower, and abundant closet space.

The secondary living/entertainment room includes a comfortable couch, table & chairs for additional dining and/or game playing, TV, and stocked with plenty of board games for guests of all ages.
There are 2 spacious and beautifully decorated half bathrooms downstairs, an office area with ample space and built in desk with chair. There is also a laundry room with washer and dryer, iron and ironing board available for guest use.

Access to the outdoor patios and pool from multiple locations, and floor to ceiling windows showcasing the outdoor pool, entertainment area, and stunning views. Two covered patio areas with ceiling fans, fire pit, fire place, and endless views in every direction.

Upstairs you will find 3 additional bedrooms and full bathroom. Large bedroom with 2 sets of bunk beds (and trundle) to sleep 6. Closet and chest of drawers for guest convenience. A great space for kids or young adults! A baby monitoring system, and "pack & play" crib is also available for guest use. Two additional spacious upstairs bedrooms with king size beds, and seating areas. Exquisite county views and amazing sun rises for early risers!

The residence, patio, and pool area are absolutely NON SMOKING. With respect and courtesy to each guest that stay, two areas have been appointed as the ONLY smoking areas on the property; and have been designed for comfort and cleanliness.

Guest Access:
*Entry Gate access to the estate requires a key pad code.
*Access to the residence can be found using the key pad located next to the garage doors to the North end of the house.
*The large barn to the North can be reserved for events if arranged prior to your reservation.

The Neighborhood:
The Fossil Valley Hill's Villa is privately located on 100 acres with gated access. It is uniquely situated providing guests a secluded country retreat that is less than 30 minutes from the entertainment and attractions Fort Worth has to offer.
The very popular City of Aledo is about 7 miles from the estate and provides for plenty of restaurants, grocery shopping, and local businesses for everyone to enjoy.
The historic City of Weatherford is about 18 miles from the residence and a must see for any guest who has not experienced this unique city! From the historic locations, to the continued growth with restaurants & shopping makes for a lovely day! The antique stores, and locally owned businesses are within walking distance and you never know what you might find strolling down South Main Street! Parker County is known as the Cutting Horse Capital of the world, and rodeo season is packed full of things to do for all ages! Weatherford also hosts the Annual Parker County Peach Festival which is great fun! Enjoy browsing through local vender sites, trying new and exciting foods, and other things associated with the festival. Most importantly, don't forget to pick up a jar of Parker County Peach jams, or jellies to remember your experience!
The City of Benbrook is a lovely 11 mile drive with many things to do. The Benbrook Lake is a popular attraction where you can enjoy the sunshine, water, and hiking in many fun and relaxing ways!
Fort Worth is about a 20 minute drive with endless activities to enjoy! Choose from the Fort Worth Zoo, Botanical Gardens, Trinity River, Museums, all types of dining options, and this is only to name a few!
You also cannot forget baseball season with the Texas Rangers, football with the Dallas Cowboys & Dallas Cowboy Cheerleaders, Six Flags Over Texas, and many water parks!
There are simply too many exciting and fun things to do during your stay at Fossil Valley Hill....if you're even willing to leave the estate itself!

Other Things to Note:
*Currently Fossil Valley Ranch does not allow pets unless previous arranged for special local events. Service animals are always welcome with proof of certification.

Hot Tub: Guests must request hot tub to be heated prior to their stay.

Pool: Does have the capabilities to be heated. It is extremely expensive to heat though so guests will be required to request this ahead of time and there will be an additional daily charge to heat. Typically May - October is when the pool will be warm enough to use without heating.
