Our Lavender Hill Farm house is perfect for family reunions, ladies retreats, birthdays and more! We are situated on 11 acres with a 4 acre fishing pond and the farmhouse is surrounded by beautiful gardens featuring many roses bushes and lavender. We have a swimming pool, fire pit, 2 paddle boats, 2 kayaks and outdoor games, including a volleyball net, basketball and horseshoes. The grounds include a large vegetable garden, fruit trees and grapevines. Guests are welcome to pick vegetables and herbs, including mint, basil, oregano, thyme and parsley from our garden (seasonal) and we will provide fresh eggs from our chickens which are located on the other side of the pond. Guests may also be able to sample our homemade wine and salsa when available. The house is secluded but on the adjacent property is our managers house and he is available to help with any special needs. Canton First Monday Trade Days in Canton is an easy 20 minute drive as are the towns of Mabank and Terrell. We are about 30 minutes away from three large lakes, but you won't want to leave our house!
