Beautiful home for rent close to all of the great RI South County beaches. This oversized-Cape is tucked back from the street on a large private lot. It features five bedrooms + an in-law suite (sleeps up to 14 people total), 4.5 bathrooms. The first floor features a large living room with a large sectional, TV and fireplace, reading room and sunroom. There is also a large kitchen with ample seating adjacent to the dining room; perfect for groups of friends or family to enjoy meals together.
Along with the first-floor features, there is a large master suite with jacuzzi tub and shower and double sinks. A smaller bedroom is also found on the first floor that has a full-twin bunk bed. First floor laundry and half-bath are also found here. A large back patio and front porch are ideal places to enjoy a coffee in the morning and the yard is private with room to wander and enjoy the old-growth trees surrounding the property.
Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms and a family room with a couch and TV. Six to seven people could sleep upstairs comfortably. There are also two full bathrooms upstairs and an office. The first bedroom contains one queen bed, the next has one double bed and off of the upstairs living room has a private bedroom featuring a queen bed and cedar closet. A full bed is also available in the living room area. An extra full-size mattress is also available if needed.
A completely separate in-law suite is also part of the house with a spacious living area, bedroom with queen bed, bathroom and work out area. This also features a private exterior entrance.
There is ample space for parking and a large yard to enjoy.
