This tastefully furnished condo has a well-equipped kitchen and spacious lanai to enjoy views of our beautiful pool and inviting hot tub. Ours is one of the best locations in Pelican Bay. Walk or bike to the tram only minutes away. The tram takes you to 2 1/2 miles of pristine beach on the Gulf of Mexico, while riding through the protected mangrove. Once at the beach, lounge chairs are provided for you. Also this year, after the hurricane, our south beach restaurant will reopen for lunch and dinner. We find this one of the very best amenities of Pelican Bay, with weekly entertainment provided on-season. Pelican Bay also offers a wellness center, world-class tennis, as well as social and cultural events. Shopping and dining in restaurants too numerous to mention are a wonderful amenity.
