Your Columbia adventure begins at this 2-bedroom condo. This is a great rental for a long weekend visiting Columbia or for weekly or monthly rental for business travelers. The spacious condo features 2 queen beds and 2 full bathrooms and comes with two dedicated parking spaces. The condo comfortably sleeps two couples or a couple with two kids. Each bedroom comes equipped with a new 55” smart TV and new bedding. There is also a full kitchen with fridge, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster over, Keurig and drip coffee pot. The kitchen also has a large island that seats 4 and opens up to a large living room with 65” TV and a balcony that runs the full length of the unit. The unit is stocked with towels and bedding and we are happy to stock with groceries on advance for an additional fee. We also have 6 season tickets for USC Gamecocks football, so if you want to catch a home game, let us know and we can provide ticket and price information.
The complex has a large pool and spa area with two large outdoor TVs , 4 grills, an outdoor shower and bathroom, perfect for entertaining. There is also a fitness center fully equipped with treadmills, free weights, elliptical machines, an ab machine, exercise bikes and a full range of weight machines. Additionally, there is a large common area with TV and kitchen available for reservation.

The condo is perfect for weekly or monthly rental for business travelers as well as visitors in town to see the Gamecocks play. Located literally across the street from William Brice Stadium, you can walk to the stadium from the condo and not have to deal with parking. With amenities like AC, WiFi, and a fitness room, guests can feel right at home. Plus, the convenience of a washing machine and hair dryer adds an extra touch of comfort.
