AVAILABLE anytime after May 15, 2021....you can pick your rental beginning date! (choose any start date BETWEEN May 15, 2021 and August 01, 2021.
This will allow for a SIX MONTH MINIMUM + 1 WEEK RENTAL......(condo association minimum rental policy). Come and go as you please while you have possession.
Ideal for a couple..a small family or even 2 couples.
One person must be 55+ as this is an adult themed community. (gated). A background check by the HOA will be required. Good credit req’d.
Resort style community with 2 swimming pools, activity centers for horseshoes, lawn bowling, shuffleboard, pickle ball tennis, card rooms, billiards and social events included in the rental.
Tenant will be issued a photo ID/activity card providing admittance to all. (One time $100 fee to set up)
TWO GOLF COURSES one 9 hole one 18 hole. $15 Green Fees!! Golf daily!

Our unit is on the third floor with outside walkway and balcony facing east for the morning sun and afternoon shade.
Elevator is close by the condo. Parking for one car included. Visitors parking spots for when you have guests.

We provide everything including air conditioning (new unit) parking, cable TV (2 new flat screens), WiFi available if needed. (Small charge) All appliances and amenities are in the unit.....no need not bring anything but your personal affects. Washer/Dryer included.
3 beds...1 Queen (master) and 2 double beds (spare room) all bedding, complete sheets and pillow cases are provided.
Master has ensuite bath.
Spare room has 2 double beds and can sleep 4. Second bathroom is adjacent to spare bedroom.
