This newer 2 bedroom 2 bath home is the perfect place to spend your summer time in Traverse City. New construction condo features granite counter tops, modern decor, king size bed in the master bedroom, views of the water, bay, beach, parks, comfortable setting, easy access to Traverse City and all the other amazing attractions.
Parking in the driveway for 2 vehicles, flat screen smart 4K tv, wifi, plenty of room for 4 people to relax and enjoy the setting. Nestled off the master bedroom is a quaint deck for grilling, or just relax and listen to the peepers sing while you read a book. Bedroom upstairs has a flat screen tv, wall mounted. Access the TART Trail just one block away. Google the TC TART Trail for more information. Garage is off limits to guests. Owner providing 2 bikes for our guests rent more at the bike store in town, if needed.
Minutes from downtown Traverse City, or head North to Suttons Bay, Leland, Northport, Lake Leelanau all amazing locations. 25 minutes from the Sleeping Bear Sand Dunes. Your in the right area, for beaches, wine tours, breweries, hiking, boating, shopping and experience some of our amazing local restaurants.
TART Trail where you can ride your bikes, walk or jog the beautiful trail that winds through our beautiful area. 1 Dog allowed must be well behaved. No dog on furniture or beds, no exception.
