Also on the first floor, you will find a formal dining room, a dedicated office, guest bedroom, powder room, a den with an electric fireplace, and a mudroom entry with laundry. Upstairs are four large bedrooms and four baths, including an opulent primary suite with a fireplace. The fully finished basement includes a full bath and walk-out stairs providing amazing recreation space and access to the pool and rear yard. The basement also includes a gym space. Living room, den, basement areas, and most bedrooms include Smart TVs.
Exterior: Stunning landscaping, a fire pit, an outdoor grill, ample outdoor furniture, and a newly constructed heated saltwater pool and spa with bluestone surround provide this property with an abundance of luxurious amenities.

If your booking falls outside of that time frame and you intend to use the pool, please be sure to inquire if they will be available for use prior to booking. Please note that additional charges may be incurred for excessive use of propane during cooler weather.
