The space
At the entry level, you are greeted with a beautiful marble console, light hardwood floors in the hallway, 2 bedrooms with a queen size bed each, and a full-sized bathroom.
Heading upstairs to the middle floor, you will find the beautiful living room with an expansive open concept kitchen with appliances including a side-by-side refrigerator; dishwasher; Keurig coffee maker with complimentary coffee, creamer, and sugar; toaster; cooking pots and pan; blender; and a pantry with capacious storage and microwave. The middle floor also features the dining area, heightened with a bold accent wall. Also on this same level, you have a gorgeous guest bathroom with a concrete sink. This floor also has a French door leading out to a covered patio with outdoor seating for a great relaxation.
At the topmost floor, you will find an in-suite washer and dryer for your convenience. There is a third queen-sized bedroom to the left, with its private bathroom, walk-in closet, and flat screen TV.
