Tucked away from the street, this newly updated residence offers a tranquil palette and comfortable decor. The open concept living, dining and kitchen area provides an easy flow and direct access to a secluded yard. Outside, relax on the large deck with comfy seating, soak under the stars in the oversized hot tub/swim spa or gather around the fire pit on a lovely bluestone patio. For fitness, the swim spa pool features a resistance current and an underwater treadmill.
The home’s three bedrooms and two of its baths are located on the same level, making for easy main-floor living. The master bedroom offers a king-sized bed, cathedral ceilings, a large en suite with oversized shower, soaking tub and two vanities; a walk-in closet and dressing area complete the space. A lovely second bedroom hosts a queen bed, vanity/desk area and double closet. The spacious third bedroom contains two twin beds, double closet and access to the main bathroom which also can be entered from the hallway.
A bonus recreation area is found on the home’s lower level. It features a gas fireplace, bar, full bathroom and sliding glass doors leading to a private bluestone patio covered by a pergola—perfect for a sunset cocktail.
Our home, located steps away from a nature preserve, is ideally situated just a short bike ride to town, the North Ferry, beaches, restaurants and grocery stores.
