This incredibly spacious 4000 sqft rental is a wonderful space to use as a home base for everything Philly has to offer! Reserved street parking for 1 vehicle, a fully equipped kitchen, living room, dining area, outdoor patio, heated floors, pool table and swinging couch - you're bound to have a great experience when you stay here! Property sleeps 12 adults + 2 children. Detailed layout goes as follows:
