We run on septic. Please only flush toilet paper and NOTHING else. If the septic clogs during your stay, a fee may be assessed to have a plumber come make repairs.
Because this home backs up to the forest, there is a chance that wildlife may wander into the yard, this included black bears. Please do not feed any animals or leave any trash outside as it will encourage them to return.
